Watch out for these Aliens

hello and welcome to is it worth it, this time looking at the watchers, amber clade posse for wild west exodus. Just in case you did not know. Wild west exodus is a game set during the wild west, it is there in the name. With a number of historical figure making an appearance. Abraham Lincoln, Nikola Tesla, and Looks walking. It just adds aliens, jet bikes, monsters, and anything else warcradle thought of to fit the theme.

I was originally going to do an unboxing with the amber clade posses, and the warrior nation tribal retribution box. But I have zero self discipline and they were both built and painted quite quickly.

So who are the watchers, well I have done a whole lore series on them. But in short they are aliens. Lot's of different types of aliens too. All unitied for galatic peace. They can still turn a planet into energy if need be.

That all out of the way what is in the amber clade box?

You have jocasta the Amber alpha,

2 vermillion sentinels

and four grey elites.

All for £39, I will say that this is pretty much all you need to spend to play a full game of wild west exodus. You can of course expand your army more. With additional greys, sentinels, or another posse box.

Here is the breakdown, 2 vermillion sentinels are £17, the four greys are £20, and Jocasta is unpriced on her own. An estimate on other named characters, around £15. So the posse box saves you a total of around £13. Not to bad for a small skirmish game.

Is it worth it though?

Well, Jocasta is one of the best looking minis I have seen, she is well sculpted, looks really powerful, and was a joy to paint. She can be a power house on the table.

The vermillion sentinels, again gorgeous sculpts and melee brutes.

The best part of the amber posse clade?

The greys, they are cool looking aliens, they have a mix of x-files, the wild west, and futuristic sci fi. With a variety of bits to make them fast with jet packs, or heavy hitters with missile launchers. So they are versatile little creatures.

So if you are starting to collect the watchers, the amber clade posse is worth your time and money. How ever if you are collecting the watchers, and don't want Jocasta. Get the sentinels and greys individually and save some money. To be honest I can't see why you would as she is a gorgeous model and looks cook centre stage on the the table.
