Chaos Space Marine Combat Patrol Breakdown.

The Chaos Space marine Combat Patrol Box has been announced with all its contents. We know the price is £90. So what is in it and what are the savings?

Dark Apostle £24

Chaos Space Marines £36

Chaos Space Marine Havocs £35

Helbrute £35

A £130 value, so that is a saving of £40. A good starter set, with plenty of bits. Multiple buys are ok. You will end up only saving £16 on the next box, if you don't kitbash the dark apostle into a chaos lord or a sorcerer. You can also use the spare havoc parts to make more units of the same.

This box is good for infantry armies, but I cant think this is underwhelming. When the loyalist Space Marines got their shadow spear half in a combat patrol box. The chaos side was 10 Chaos Space Marines, 2 Greater Possessed, 2 Obliterators, Lord of possession and a venom crawler. All of that was in the chaos space marine starter box, and woulld have made a fun combat patrol box. Maybe we will see it, so we don't lose the modes that are exclusive to the start collecting box.
