A Metroidvania featuring a cute and whimsical take on the classic Alice in Wonderland story

Sekai Project is pleased to announce that Alice Escaped! is now available on Steam!

A normal day studying at the library becomes anything but normal when a mysterious book transports Usada and Kotora to a magical place straight out of the world of fairy tales! Take control of Usada and Kotora in this colorful Metroidvania by developer Illucalab (A Magical High School Girl, Living in the Ending World)

One summer's day, Usada and Kotora go to the library to do their homework. While Kotora takes her studies seriously, Usada has her head in the clouds. She wanders over to a bookshed deep inside, returning with a big, thick book. "I found this interesting-looking book!" Kotora looks back at her quizzically. Suddenly, a slip of paper falls out from the book. The letter reads: "Find Alice." As soon as they read the words, the two are enveloped in a blinding light. When they come to, they're in a grassy field that they've never seen before. At that moment, a white rabbit comes hopping along. He might know how to get back to their own world! The pair take their first steps into the world of this magical book, in order to go searching for the white rabbit... Explore the whimsical world of Alice Escaped! and its colorful characters based off the classic Alice in Wonderland story. Use the character swapping feature to switch between Usada and Kotora during the game. Each of the girls have their own unique skills to defeat their enemies. Usada wields a mighty hammer to inflict heavy melee damage while Kotora has her Kotoragun to hit enemies from afar. Accumulate skill points to learn new skills to further augment their abilities.
