Age of Sigmar at Adepticon 2023

Age of sigmar got its share during adepticon, not as much as Warhammer 40k. The seraphon are getting new units with the aggrodon lancers. A scar veteran can also ride one of these new mounts, as seen with that new model. The big kroxigors have new models too. They are look pretty good, the added feathers on the mounts tying into the palaeontological evidence that many dinosaurs had feathers. With the new models, the seraphon are getting a new army box. Which contains a Slaan Starmaster, 10 Saurus Warriors, five Raptadon Chargers and five Raptadon Hunters – though you could build two units of either variety. So, it will not be containing any of the models shown during adepticon. The battletome was also announced. The battle tome will be available in summer.

Fans of the grand alliance are getting two new models, the Mortisan Ossifactor for the Ossiarch bonereapers. Basically, it is an engineer, the creator of the bonereapers warmachines. Soulblight gravelords get Ivya Volga, the outcast. A wolf lord who prefers bats. Both models are well designed, but I prefer the skeleton Mortisan. New battletomes are announced to be arriving this spring.

Autumn sees brand new cities of sigmar. As we see with the brand-new free people models. One thing I did notice, is the model arms are quite close to their torsos. Does this mean they can be used in the old world too?

Games workshop also showed the battletome road map as said next are the soulblight and bonereaper’s battletomes. Seraphon are coming in summer with another unknown battletome and a general’s handbook. Finally, autumn we will see the new cities of sigmar battletome and one more that is unknown at this time.

The seraphon were the biggest part for age of sigmar, with those new aggrodon mounts. Given a raptor look, indicative of the old cold one models. Especially with the elongated claw on the feet.
